Winery Review - "When you open a bottle of Villa Pozzi, it's like taking a tiny trip to a warm, cozy Italian villa nested in a small Sicilian town far, far away from the busy everyday. It's a leisurely escape from the world outside and a journey of taste that makes any day feel special. With Villa Pozzi, you're always just a sip away from Sicily. Seductively reveals a perfume of blackberry liqueur, white flowers, vanilla, and a hint of figs."
My Review - This unoaked wine gives an initial sweet scent of cheery on the nose. However, the flavor is peppery and tart with a hint of heat. Good tannin structure on the finish allow this wine to be nice and smooth. I would drink this again!

I tasted this on its own with no food.
